COMPOSITION:
1 tablet contains: vitamin B6 0,00025g, Magnesium hydroasparaginicum 0,3g (lactose, potato starch, dextrin, methylocellulose, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate silica).
PROPERTIES AND ACTION:
The medicine contains magnesium in a well assimilable form, and vitamin B6, which helps to assimilate magnesium. Magnesium conditions numerous metabolic processes in the cell. It stimulates brain functions, improves memory and concentration, and positively affects the general feeling. Magnesium assists in the correct functioning of muscles, heart and the nervous and immunological systems. The amount of magnesium in the organism is decreased by alcohol, black coffee, strong tea and carbonated drinks.
INDICATIONS:
magnesium deficiency
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- should not be used in patients with severe kidney disease
- should not be used during an antibiotic treatment
- should not be used in case of diarrhoea.
INTERACTIONS:
Shows antagonism towards calcium preparations, decreases the assimilation of iron, impairs the assimilation of tetracycline.
DOSAGE:
As determined by the doctor, or:
- children 2-3 tablets a day in divided doses
- adults 3 tablets 4 times a day.
NON-DESIRABLE ACTION:
Occasionally gastrointestinal disorders may occur.
VALIDITY PERIOD:
2 years from the date of production. Do not use if outdated.
STORAGE:
Keep out of reach of children. Protect from direct light and moisture.
